ATOM AA70 Plasma Biological Indicator is specifically designed for monitoring the efficacy of Plasma sterilization processes. If the sterilization process has not been successful, the indicator medium will turn to yellow or tones, thus indicating the presence of living Geobacillus stearothermophilus (ATCC 7953) spores. If the sterilization process has been successful, the indicator medium will remain the original color after incubation. The final readout should be performed after 24 hours of incubation at 60 ± 2°C.
