The ATOM Bowie-Dick Test Pack is designed for daily monitoring of pre-vacuum steam sterilizers operating at 121°C for from11 minutes and (131-137)°C for 3.5 min to detect the presence of residual air.

Performance Characteristics
If the sterilizer is functioning properly, the indicator will show a uniform color change (black) throughout the entire pattern. When a significant amount of residual air is present, the indicator shows a yellow area in the center.
